I love how Rachel is so honest in this great book about the lies we tell ourselves. From not being a good enough mom, to believing that everyone has it all together except you. She provides practical tips, from her own experiences, to get real about these lies and change our thinking to find joy in the season we’re in and embrace the women we are meant to be.

 

I listened to the audio version of this book, read by Rachel herself. She’s funny and encouraging and her passion for her purpose in life is contagious.
