Having lunch with two of my oldest and dearest friends is such a treat for me, but when it is around a lunch table at Prana Lodge, it couldn’t get much better.  Time with these girls puts life in perspective again and reminds me how old friends are truly priceless.

Prana Lodge is set in the beautiful seaside sandunes just outside Chintsa East, near East London.  The lodge has seven stunning suites, including the most beautiful Diamond Villa for honeymoon couples. Each room is nestled away in the 17 acre private beach estate and has its own private garden and plunge pool.  The setting is so tranquil it feels as though there could be no one around for miles.

Our lunch was just incredible.  A combination of the freshest ingredients and delicate flavours expertly prepared by chef Peter Weakley.  How about this for a dessert that will keep you longing for more?
